Refund Policy
In an unlikely event that you receive a flawed product, or flawed package, please send us an email at info@bixie.eu with images documenting the flaw you discovered within 3 working days of the delivery date. We will inspect each complaint individually and replace the flawed part if discovered that replacement should take place.
We’re sure you’re going to love your new Bixie balance bike, but if you unpack it and find out that it somehow does not meet your expectations or you do not need this product you should send us an email to info@bixie.eu and apply for return.
You have 14 days from the delivery date to inform us about your order cancellation and 14 days to bring your return to the post (it needs to be postmarked within these 14 days). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and packaging must not be broken.
*Note that Personalized Bixie bike can not be returned and order of this bike can not be cancelled. Once we write your child’s name on it becomes unique bike that suits only you. Thank you for your understanding.
Once the goods are returned to us in the original and unused condition we will quality check them and process a refund for the goods. Depending on the original payment it may take a few weeks to see the refund on your account.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs in both directions and customs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We deliver our packages with many different shipping providers, depending on your shipping address.
After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a ‘Shipping conformation’ email containing a tracking code of your package.
Please know that we ship all orders from Slovenia, EU. For all orders made from countries outside of EU, shipments may be subject to import fees and taxes which are due on arrival and are not covered by the shipping costs charged in our web store. It’s impossible for us to determine customs charges as they vary from country to country and state to state. If you need any detailed information about these charges please contact your local customs office.

Choice of Law
Our General Conditions of Sale are governed by and subject to Slovenian law. Any disputes which may arise under our General Conditions of Sale concerning either their validity, interpretation, performance, termination or various consequences will be brought before the Slovenian courts for adjudication.
Price
The price of Bixie products is given Euros (sign: €; code: EUR), including VAT tax, for all orders delivered to European Union, EUR for all orders delivered outside European Union. All orders delivered outside of European Union may be subject to eventual taxes and customs duties, which the purchaser will be responsible for paying. We do not issue printed invoices. Only an electronic invoice will be available, sent to your mailing address that you provided in the order. You will be able to keep an electronic or printed copy of that invoice. We can modify the prices listed in our Online Store at any time and without prior notice. However, such modified prices will only be applied to new orders, with the exception of orders that have already been placed.
If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, it shall be deemed to be severed and deleted from these terms, and the remaining terms shall remain and continue to be binding and enforceable.
